Hey everyone! It's me and my social media dilemma again!

One of my goals this year is to dedicate more time and effort building my personal brand. Not to gain clients or whatever but, you know, just so I exist online and build my own little community. Bonus points if I can get clients from it.

But whenever I think about the idea of posting something, I go:

"who would see this, anyway?"
"what's the point of posting?"
"I don't think anybody cares so..."
"if no one will see this and no one cares, why bother posting?"
"why am I doing this again?"

And many more... but you know where I'm going, right? So, to all the creators out there and people successful in building a personal brand or don't really struggle posting online, how do you do it? How do you combat these thoughts?

Thaaanks!

I have grown less anxious in front of the camera and posting. Haven’t built a personal brand but I post brand content a lot. It’s going to sound harsh or blunt but the simple answer is getting over yourself. Throw those thoughts out the door. It’s easier said than done, but realistically the best answer I’ve found

I think you're on the right path with intention. Just need to rephrase some of these thoughts and tune in right direction.

Eg.
Who would see this anyway 👉 Who am I talking to (talk to 1 person)
What's the point of posting 👉 What value can someone get from this post
I don't think anybody cares 👉 I care and if it helps atleast 1 other person, it's worth being out there

Hope this helps! Just don't spiral and get to act of posting than act of thinking
Goodluck ❤️
