hey everyone! curious what tactics/frameworks you guys are planning to leverage against first-time customers who come in on BFCM to drive better customer engagement/retention

We're doubling down on the post-purchase experience. Enhancing every single step a customer goes through from purchase until the product is working (as we sell consumer electronics). Think of video's with real humans to help product installation or giving some tips how to best use it, till some small free goodies in the box itself to exceed expectations. Trying to, in that way, make the experience unforgettable, to fuel word of mouth and drive future retention. Happy to clarify if questions remain!
