Has anyone been satisfied with their Meta Pro Team ad specialist? I met with one recently and seems like they just want to push the new AI slop.

Most of the team is trained in sales, as you experienced and have never run an ad. Been like this since I started ads 10 years ago. There is an “elite” group but it obviously is closely tied to how much you spend

Unless you’re a big spender you get a salesperson not an advertising strategist. Their goal is to get you to spend more, test new features, and implement best practices—in that order.

They're good for getting ad testing credits and reports but that's about it!
