Anyone have any good tips or tricks on hiring general purpose VAs? Things like replying to facebook comments on ads, logging into partner platforms and copying and pasting reporting into excel etc

What would work best in this case is setting up an hourly rate and letting them track the time spent with tools like Clockify.
