Anyone else was on the early access version of the Shopify Subscriptions app? They transferred our contracts to the new app and updated the next order date of EVERYONE to 4 weeks from now. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

That sounds like a nightmare. I considered switching but worry about teething issues.

Our issue is that we’ve been part of the early access cohort, and to release the app to everyone they created a new app, which they’ve created an “automatic” transfer of contracts from the old to the new for. I was 100% not trusting them and bracing for an issue lol. Can’t deny the app being free compared to the other options is huge, but man. We’re not the only one to have had that issue so hopefully they’ll address. I will say support is 100% untrained to help on this app overall.

They fixed the issue 😮💨😮💨 we had to yell a little but they got it done, FYI!
