3rd Party Quality Control in China - Hi Everyone, Looking to higher a 3rd party quality control agency to ensure products are perfect before packing and shipping from China. We have reached a point where volume is too large to open each unit and the issues continue with our manufacturer (yes, searching for a new injection mold manufacturer - in Mexico, ideally - specializing in stainless steel - if you know anyone ;). Looking for quality referrals bc opening unit by unit during fulfillment is costing us time and money. thanks!
Hi Courtney, I'm afraid I can't help on the third-party quality control but I am currently working on finding factories in Mexico (currently sourcing in China but looking to move supply chain to Mexico). We found it very hard to get factories in Mexico to engage with us and have hired a consultant to help. I will let you know what we find! When you say you need injection moulding specialising in stainless steel, do you mean metal injection moulding?
Hi Courtney, I've used SGS for 3rd party inspections many times working in the beauty industry, they provide solid outgoing inspection reports. I used them in China but I'm sure they work globally. The US contact I had when I last used them is: Rossan Hall (), China contact is (out of Shenzhen)
I also have an aluminum factory in Mexico I've worked with but nothing for stainless steel!
